One Piece Character #71. St. Charloss

Next character is St. Charloss. Even though he's a minor character in One Piece, I figured I'd make him too. As with all World Nobles, he's quite an asshole.
Beadsprite looks alright, I like how the transparent beads create the bubble around his head! And yes, that's an icecream he's holding. xD
