Lucy Heartfilia

Continuing with more characters from Fairy Tail, here is Lucy Heartfilia looking all pretty! ^_^ 
After digging for official sprites for a while, I finally managed to find some decent ones from a game on spritedatabase! They aren't the best quality, with some "bad pixels" (I don't know if there's a specific word for it), but there are random pixels in bad colors here and there. However, that just means that it'll be more of challenge to make it! ;D

I'm pretty happy with the colors. At first I was worried about the hair looking too dark with brown outline, but that turned out quite well, works good as contour. Another difficult part was the blue parts of her outfit. In still shots from the anime, they aren't as bright as I made some of them here... But it helps a bit with "realistic" shading so I'm not too fussed about it. Like I said, not the best sprite to use but worked out in the end! 

Oh yeah! If you're reading this and wondering if I'll do any more characters from Fairy Tail, the answer is yes! Erza Scarlet and Happy coming sometime in the near future, maybe Gray as well!
